    At Club Del Internet, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


    Returns Eligibility

    You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

    • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip)

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or special-order items

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Used or refurbished items (unless defective upon arrival)

    • Gift cards


    Order Cancellations

    • Orders may be canceled only before processing

    • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

    • If an order has shipped, you must receive the item and return it according to this policy


    Shipping & Tracking Information (Important)

    Depending on where the product ships from, one or two tracking numbers may be generated.

    1. Products Shipping from Overseas

    If the product ships from an international manufacturer or fulfillment center:

    • First tracking number: Shipment from the manufacturer or fulfillment center

    • Second tracking number (Last-Mile Delivery): Generated when the package reaches the local carrier near your address

    Final delivery may be completed by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another third-party carrier.
    The last-mile tracking number provides the most accurate delivery updates.

    2. Products Shipping from the United States

    If the product ships from within the U.S.:

    • One tracking number will be provided for the entire shipment


    Order Processing & Delivery Time

    • Processing time: 1–3 business days

    • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after processing

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.


    Delivery Responsibility

    Delivery location (mailbox, front door, reception desk, etc.) is determined by the local carrier. Once tracking shows delivered or signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

    If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

    • The carrier may attempt a second delivery, or

    • The package may have been misplaced after delivery

    Returns by Mail

    To initiate a return:

    2. Follow the return instructions provided

    3. Ship the item using a trackable carrier

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


    Refunds

    • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

    • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method

    • Processing time: 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary)

    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
