At Club Del Internet, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window (Standardized)

You may request a return within 30 days from delivery or in-store purchase.

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items (Standardized List)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale, clearance, or “as-is” items

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Used or refurbished items (unless defective on arrival)

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear


3. Returning Online Purchases

A. Return to Store (If Applicable)

Online purchases may be returned in store with:

  • Original packing slip or order confirmation

  • Valid photo ID

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method, when available

  • Or as store credit if the original payment method is unavailable

Same-day delivery and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) orders must be returned in store only.


B. Return by Mail (Shopify-Aligned Flow)

To return an item by mail:

  1. Contact us at clubdelinternet@gmail.com or 862-234-9696 to request authorization

  2. Securely package the item and include proof of purchase

  3. Ship using a trackable carrier

➡ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
➡ Exchanges are not available by mail.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • Shipped orders must be received and returned following this policy


5. Refunds (Standardized)

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (bank timing may vary)

  • Original shipping, handling, and delivery fees are non-refundable


6. Shipping & Processing Time (Standardized)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak shipping periods.


7. Tracking Information (Important)

Depending on where your order ships from, one or two tracking numbers may be generated.

Orders Shipping from Overseas

  • First tracking number: Manufacturer or fulfillment center

  • Second tracking number (Last-Mile Delivery): Generated when the package reaches a local carrier

Final delivery may be completed by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier.
The last-mile tracking number is the most accurate.

Orders Shipping from the United States

  • One tracking number is provided for the entire shipment

Tracking details are sent after order processing.


8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  1. The carrier may attempt a second delivery

  2. The package may have been misplaced after delivery

9. Used & Refurbished Products

Used or refurbished items are sold as described.
Returns are accepted only if defective and reported within 7 days of delivery.


10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse returns

  • Require additional verification

  • Deny returns that appear fraudulent or abusive
