At Club Del Internet, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1️⃣ Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from delivery or in-store purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip)


2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or refurbished items unless defective on arrival

  • Items returned with missing parts or physical damage not caused during shipping


3️⃣ Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

  • If an order has shipped, you must receive the item and return it in accordance with this policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected


4️⃣ Returning Online Purchases

A. Return to Store (If Applicable)

Online purchases may be returned in store with:

  • Packing slip or shipping confirmation

  • Valid photo ID

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method, when available, or

  • As store credit if the original payment method is unavailable


B. Return by Mail

To return an item by mail:

  1. Contact Customer Care at 862-234-9696 or clubdelinternet@gmail.com to request return authorization

  2. Securely package the item and include proof of purchase

  3. Ship using a trackable carrier

  4. Retain your tracking number for your records

❗ Exchanges are not available by mail


5️⃣ Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment when possible

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (bank processing times may vary)

  • Original shipping, handling, and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


6️⃣ Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) returns are not accepted


7️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit


8️⃣ Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or deny returns

  • Require additional verification

  • Refuse returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy
