Refund & Return Policy

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from delivery

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip)

Non-Returnable Items

(This list MUST be identical everywhere)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or refurbished items unless defective on arrival

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing

  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment

  • If shipped, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after return inspection

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (bank timing may vary)

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Customers receive:

    • Order confirmation email

    • Shipping confirmation email

Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after processing

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons

Tracking Information (Important)

Some orders may show two tracking numbers:

1) International or Partner Shipments

  • First tracking: supplier or fulfillment center

  • Second tracking (last-mile): USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar

  • Shopify shows the most accurate last-mile tracking

2) U.S. Shipments

  • One tracking number provided

Delivery Responsibility

  • Delivery location is determined by the carrier

  • Once tracking shows “Delivered” or “Signed,” responsibility transfers to the recipient

  • If a package shows delivered but is missing, contact the carrier first

Returns & Shipping Connection

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping is customer responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
