Tracking Information (Important)
Some orders may show two tracking numbers:
1) International or Partner Shipments

Second tracking (last-mile): USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar

Shopify shows the most accurate last-mile tracking
2) U.S. Shipments

Delivery Responsibility

Delivery location is determined by the carrier

Once tracking shows “Delivered” or “Signed,” responsibility transfers to the recipient

If a package shows delivered but is missing, contact the carrier first
