Club del Internet screens and reviews all Payments orders to ensure that the order is legitimate and to protect buyers and sellers on Club del Internet from possible fraud. If you're seeing a notification or received an email about a processing order, it means that the transaction is being reviewed by Club del Internet.
What to do if your order is still processing
Do not ship the order until it has been processed successfully. If the order fails to process and the item has already been shipped, it’s possible you won’t receive payment. If you wish to cancel an order, this option will be available once the order has completed processing.
Most orders process within 72 hours, although they may occasionally take longer. This can be confirmed in several ways:
- You receive an email confirmation that the order was processed. You see that the order has moved to the Completed tab of your Order or Shipping page.
- You see the funds in your Payment account.
How to find your processing orders
While the order is still processing, it won't appear on the Completed tab of your Order and Shipping page. Instead, you'll see a message that says, "You have processing orders."
What happens if your sale can't be completed
If a sale can’t be completed because of a payment issue, the item will go back up for sale in your shop and we’ll let the buyer know.
